Packaging is an element of every person's daily life and is essential to preserve products and guarantee their quality and safety. Just think about a package of fresh mozzarella or fresh pasta.

In today's society it is also necessary to switch to a recycled and composted packaging.

Aware of this and strong of its 60 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry, SDR PACK offers recyclable paper and plastic and compostable packaging available as film rolls and preformed pouches.

Paper packaging comes from responsibly managed sources and is recyclable according to the Aticelca Evaluation System 501, while the recyclable plastic mono-material solutions are designed for less use of raw materials, making the packs thinner, ensuring high performance of preservation. The same attention for raw materials is also found in the range of compostable films, “made from biopolymers from agricultural waste” certified.

Careful and never-ending research and development has led to these solutions, which aim to improve performance against traditional plastics and encourage recycling.
