OVERALL PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: OUR LCA STUDY

We have recently created an LCA Study for some of our most representative products. The Life Cycle Assessment is a methodology that assesses and quantifies the environmental impacts associated to a product, process or service. These in fact are analysed according to the various activities in their entire life cycle, which consume matter and energy and release different kinds of emissions (waste production, emissions to air and water).

To be able to offer the most appropriate solutions to dress our Customer’s products, combining economic results and ethical values, we are using data and scientific results obtained to monitor any critical areas found and planning actions with a view to improving environmental impact.

Our Study, conducted with Spinlife (Spin-off of the University of Padua) is certified and compliant with the International Standards ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 based on the “from cradle to gate + end of life” system boundaries.
