FACING CHANGE TOGETHER

Last Friday we met up with all our staff to thank them for the commitment shown in a difficult period such as the one we have just experienced and share the results achieved thanks to their efforts.

During the lockdown, the market changed significantly, our customers had to adapt quickly to new consumer needs and we have been called to respond promptly to an increase in requests, which generated a substantial increase in orders, with a very high service level. A period of intense work, characterised by the unity of our entire team.

We were ready for this sudden change in the market and we were able to meet our customers’ demands thanks to the corporate reorganisation process which has taken place over the last five years: we have, in fact, questioned the different aspects of our business, with the aim to improve and organise ourselves, to continue being a reliable partner providing consultancy for the companies that choose our packaging.

The company reorganisation certainly involved a great commitment for our entire team, but today with great satisfaction we can reap the fruit of our work.

We are happy to have had proof of the strength of our corporate structure and to have managed to be there for our customers in an emergency situation that nobody could have foreseen. We are also proud to have been able to pay all our employees the production bonuses linked to the company objectives achieved in 2019 and in the first quarter of 2020.
